  1. Prohibition of AI Training & Scraping: The content on this website, including but not limited to text, code, images, data, and metadata (“Content”), is the exclusive property of Yasin Keyani. No Content on this site may be used, scraped, harvested, or otherwise collected to develop, train, fine-tune, or operate any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning model, including large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, or any automated software.

  2. License Restrictions: Access to this website does not grant any license, implied or otherwise, to use the Content for AI training purposes. Any use of automated tools (such as bots, crawlers, scrapers, or data mining tools) for the purpose of extracting data for AI models or any other purpose is strictly forbidden without explicit prior written consent from Yasin Keyani.

Penalty for Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized use of the Content of this website for the purposes of AI training, scraping or any other usecase outlined in this document constitutes a material breach of these terms. In the event of such unauthorized use, you agree to pay liquidated damages in the amount of £1,000,000 (One Million Pounds Sterling), which reflects the substantial value of the data and the anticipated harm to the author. This sum is in addition to any other remedies available by law, including injunctive relief and recovery of legal fees.
